3. Information we collect

Demo request form: name, company, email, phone (optional), nearest office, need and message. You provide this information voluntarily and it is used only to handle your request.

Technical data: like any website, our host records the IP address, browser type and pages visited in its logs, for security and diagnostics. These logs are kept for [duration] and then deleted.

Cookies and audience measurement: this site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising tools. Traffic is measured with Umami, a tool hosted on our own servers that collects no personal information: no IP address is kept and no identifier is stored on your device. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Purposes and consent

We use your information to answer your request, prepare a demonstration, get back to you and carry out the related commercial follow-up. By submitting the form you consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop processing, subject to our legal obligations.

5. Retention

Requests are kept for [duration] after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised, unless a contractual relationship justifies a longer retention.

6. Sharing and hosting

We do not sell or rent your information. It may be processed by providers acting on our behalf (website hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

The site is hosted [hosting location]. When information is communicated outside Québec, we first assess the privacy-related factors, as the law requires.

7. Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the people who need it to respond. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the persons concerned.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction, its deletion, the withdrawal of your consent, or a copy of the computerised information you provided (portability). Write to the officer named above; we answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

9. Minors

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about persons under 14 without the consent of the holder of parental authority.
